Operation and use of Saw Blade Grinder

1. Before grinding, move the grinding wheel motor backward to avoid touching the grinding wheel during debugging; Mount the saw blade to fix the slide plate → Mount the saw blade → Adjust the push → Move the grinding wheel blade → Angle the saw blade according to the situation.

2. When debugging, enter the manual interface for debugging, so that the pushed tooth surface is parallel to the front and back movement direction of the table top. If it is not parallel, swing the direction of the saw blade sliding seat according to the situation to make it parallel. If the tooth is flat, turn the grinding wheel motor to zero, and then set the tooth type of the parameter interface as "flat tooth". For left and right teeth, swing the grinding wheel motor for 3-5 degrees and set the tooth type as "left and right teeth".

3. Push the teeth and start working after adjustment. The number of grinding teeth can be adjusted according to the number of teeth of the saw blade (for example, the number of teeth of the saw blade is set to 60 for a 60-tooth saw blade), and it will automatically stop working after grinding.
