How to Install a Wood Carbonization Kiln ?
1. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, before lifting the equipment, it can be padded at the bottom of the box by 2-5 centimeters and leveled at the front and back. It is also possible to use a level to level the equipment at the front and back. It is best for the equipment to be in a horizontal position (finally: placed flat on the cement ground that has been laid). The door of the equipment is easy to open and close during use.
2. After the equipment is hoisted and installed, find professional electricians to connect to the main line of the three four wires (the domestic voltage is 380 V 50 Hz, and foreign countries need to customize production according to different voltages in each country).
What are the precautions before using the carbonization kiln?
1. If the screen does not light up after turning on the voltage, please check the reasons: firstly, activate the emergency stop button on the external control box; secondly, if it still does not light up, you can switch to the main line of the three items and change the position of the first line.
3. Before we leave the factory, the carbonization kiln varies in size and number of cubic meters, including one fan, two fans, and three to five fans. Before leaving the factory, our company debugs the positive and negative rotation of the fans, and generally does not need to debug them separately.
4. Attention: (When using the carbonization kiln, our company requires that the forward rotation of the fans must be consistent, that is, all fans configured for the equipment must be forward rotation, and reverse rotation means that all equipped fans are reverse rotation.) All fans and wind directions must be consistent.
5. When using the manual page: The fan in the kiln is locked with the heating system, so when starting the heating system, it is necessary to start the fan first and then start the heating system, which is not necessary during the fully automatic operation and startup process.
6.There is a red emergency stop button under the main control screen in the middle of the electric control box, which is used for special times in case of emergency. It is not used for the same length.
7.The carbonization kiln heaters are determined by the size of the equipment. When producing the main carbonization kiln, one set of heating, two sets of heating, or multiple sets of heating can be used. These heaters can be used as one, two sets of heating, or multiple sets of heating can be used together (our company requires that all the electric heating equipment must be started and used simultaneously).
8. Before using and running the equipment, the outer water tank should be filled with tap water or general clean water. During use, the water in the water tank must be added 10 to 15 centimeters above the stainless steel pipe, and the water level in the water tank must not be low or waterless. The water level must not be lower than the lowest end of the branch pipe (or about 10 to 15 centimeters above the pipe mouth) to avoid water shortage and equipment damage.
9. After the equipment is fully prepared, it is loaded into wood for operation, and the kiln entrance must be tightly closed and tightened.
10. When loading wood, the length of the wood is arranged along the length of the box. A spacing strip should be placed in the middle of the wood (the spacing strip should be a 2 * 2cm square strip, which can be stainless steel square tube, square aluminum tube, or square wooden strip).
11. On both sides of the wood, which is also the side of the car, there are 30 cm air ducts on each side of the box (the size of the air ducts on both sides of the wood is also determined by the size of the carbonization kiln). Small carbonization kilns generally have an air duct of 30 cm on one side, and the total length of the two sides is 60 cm. Compared to carbonization kilns, larger air ducts also increase. The size of the air ducts is determined by the width of the guide plate of the carbonization kiln to determine the actual width of the installed wood. Wood cannot be loaded into the air ducts, The function of air ducts is to create a space for hot air circulation.
