Working principle of wood Carbonization Kiln
Wood Carbonization Kiln is a method of drying wood by stacking it in a closed container under the condition of lower atmospheric pressure. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water decreases and the rate of evaporation increases, thus increasing the drying rate of wood at lower temperatures. In the drying process of wood, on the one hand, surface moisture evaporates into the surrounding air; On the other hand, the water inside is constantly moving toward the surface.

2-To realize automatic program control on heating, steam infection, dehumidifying, fan positive inversion
3-It real-time display and alarm of the drying process, drying parameters and drying fault.
4-It prepares and stores 99 drying process benchmark program according to the thickness of the different species.
5-Automatic control system: Italy Control System and Leabon Control System,
Leabon control system applies to drying ordinary wood (such as pine, fir, lauan, Merbau etc,)
Italy control system applies to drying high-grade rare wood (such as Lobular red sandalwood, Siam Rosewood, rosewood, ebony etc.)
