Introduction for Dryer
It issuitable for dryingsensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on.
It is made up of heat stove, tube, impulse jar, function tube, fan, and cyclone separator;
The Airflow Sawdust Dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12%;
It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust.
It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, easy maintainace.
In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.
Different type:
1). Single Stove:
The Moisture reducing rate of the sawdust dryer is 8-12%. This sawdust dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting,palletizing.
2). Double-Stove:
This double stove sawdust dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% via only one passage.
