2. How to prepare before using the band saw machine

3) Before sawing, check whether the tightness of the band saw blade is appropriate. Otherwise, it will not only affect the sawing quality, but also cause the band saw blade to fall out or break and cause an accident.

4) Before trimming the weld with the band saw blade, the grinding wheel should be idle for 3 to 5 minutes, observe its vibration, trim the grinding wheel, and then trim the band saw blade.
