(1) Before starting the band saw machine, lubricating oil should be injected into the oil injection holes according to the instructions.
(2) Before sawing, run empty for a few minutes to observe whether it runs normally.
(3) Before sawing, check whether the tightness of the band saw blade is moderate. Otherwise, it will not only affect the cutting quality, but also cause the band saw blade to fall out or break.
(4) Before cutting the weld, the grinding wheel should be left idle for 3 to 5min, observe its beating, trim the grinding wheel, and then trim the band saw blade.
