How to install wood briquette machine ?

1.Install the briquette press.Adjust the briquetting machine with the leveler, then fixed with anchor bolts. Install the main motor and V-belt and adjust the tightness

2.Install the pre-silo Hopper. The outlet of the hopper must be matched with the inlet of briquetting press. Adjust the hopper with the leveler.

3.Install the belt conveyor. Connect the pre-silo by belt conveyor and fixed by bolt.

4.Connect the hopper of briquette press and pre-Silo

5.Connect the Power supply.

How to Maintenance the sawdust briquette making machine? 

1.Checking the oil system once a week, and clean the inner parts of oil system.

2.Update the oil after briquette press has worked a period according to the oil situation.

3.Adding oil for all the bearing every 500 hours production.

4.Adjusting the triangle belt to make sure good running.

How to solve the running problems of bamboo briquetting machine?

1.Feeding screw conveyor is clogging.

Solution:

Stop the feeding system, open the observation window and take out of the balance materials. Make the motor of feeder and screw conveyor reversed until the materials come out, then making running again.

2.Main motor can’t start.

Solution:

a.  Inertia wheel reverse 120°～150°and stop the motor of feeding screw conveyor. Open the motor of oil pump, and  then open the motor of briquette press. Open again the motor of feeding screw conveyor until the briquette    press running well.If the machine still can’t work, please pay attention on the following advices.

b.  Take off the 8 pieces M18 bolt that they are fixed on the bottom and other connecting parts. Take off the molds and reverse the materials inner by manual. Then reassemble.

3. Can’t make briquettes (The density is not enough)

Solution: 

  Adjusting the moisture of the raw materials, the best moisture is 15-20%

4. Surface of Briquette is not smoothly.

Solution: Adjusting the moisture. Best moisture is 15-20%

5. Stem comes out from the outlet.

Solution: Low the temperature and adjusting the moisture. Best moisture is 15-20%.

6. Dispatch device was clogging in materials silo

Solution: Grinding the knives of cutter and adjust the distance of knives at 0.10～0.20mm
