2.How to better maintain the multi-blade saw?

1. Regularly inspect, adjust and lubricate the conveying devices (pinch rollers, idler rollers, conveyor belts, etc.) and conveying devices (chains, sprockets, gears, etc.).

2. Regularly check whether the belt length and tightness of the main motor are moderate.

3. Regularly check the waterway of the sprinkler. When the spindle core changes the saw blade every day, water should be used to flush the hole, or an air gun should be used to blow at the innermost water outlet to blow out the stolen goods and ensure the smooth water outlet.

4. Oil should be added to the tank oil cup regularly, and whether the oil pipe is at a good port.

5. The cushion cover and saw blade should be cleaned regularly (3-5days) with diesel oil, and wiped with a clean machine cloth. There should be no sundries during installation, so they should be cleaned and then wiped with cloth.

6. Regularly check whether the spindle nut is loose.
