Rotary Type Carbonization Furnace
l Introduction
It can make the raw material: Corn cob straw, nut shell, sawdust, wood shavings into charcoal stuff within one hour.
l Process Step
1.Carbonization furnace: one set of rotary furnace which is the main machine to make the raw material into charcoal stuff by the fuel.
2.Cooling and discharging system::The charcoal is high temperature when it come out from furnace, conveyor can discharge the charcoal and cool it down.
3.The smoke gas collection system: it can collection the gas/smoke which come from the carbonization furnace inside, and the smoke can use as fuel for the furnace working.
