Structure of Wood Flour Grinding Machine 

1). The wood flour machine is composed of three parts: body, middle body and lower body.

2). The crushing knife is composed of 7-type, 1-type and centrifugal knife.

How to adjust the wood flour fineness?

1) Fineness: 30-200 meshes can be adjusted arbitrarily, output and fineness vary according to the specific gravity of the material. 

The main engine motor can be large or small, depending on the fineness and output of the material.

How to maintenance the wood powder grinding machine? 

Firstly, check the power socket, plug, and power cord for oxygen loss or breakage. If not, plug in the power test machine. When the motor is energized and does not rotate, and the wheel can be turned gently by hand, it can be determined One of the two starting capacitors of the machine has failed. In this case, there is generally only a new product.

Another situation is that the power does not rotate. It can be rotated by applying external force, but there is a weak current noise in the motor, which is caused by the slight leakage of the starting capacitor.

If the current noise is too loud, the motor cannot start at all, and it is determined that it is caused by a short circuit of the starting capacitor (the short circuit of the motor coil requires professional repair).

 

In the absence of professional equipment, first remove the capacitor (4UF/400V), insert the two leads into the zero and live wire jacks of the mains respectively to charge the capacitor, and then remove the two leads to short-circuit the discharge. If the discharge spark can be emitted and there is a loud "pop" sound, it means that the capacitor can be used. If the spark and noise are weak, it means that the capacity of the capacitor has dropped, and it needs to be replaced or added with a small capacitor.

If the capacitor has been damaged and short-circuited, this method cannot be used, and it can be repaired by replacing it with a new product of the same specification. There is another type of rod mill high-speed grinder. This type of grinder is generally of good quality and not easy to damage, and daily maintenance is more important. The following is the maintenance focus of this type of grinder. Check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good.

 

Fans have undergone dynamic balance tests. Because of their high speed, their balance requirements are also very high. Especially the impeller of the fan is very sensitive to peripheral imbalance, but the small imbalance in its heart is not required. Very high. According to this feature, the following methods can be used to repair the faults that are prone to impellers:

1). If the rivet head of the impeller is worn out, the impeller and wheel can be surfacing by electric welding to return the worn rivet head to its original normal state.

2). In the case of rivets that are prone to fatigue cracks, the whole unused new welding rod can be used to repair the cracks, but it should be centered on the axis of the impeller as the center, and the cracks should be repaired. Leave the welding rod there, and then use a new welding rod to repair the symmetrical rivet hole cracks. The remaining welding rod after welding is as long as the remaining welding rod during symmetrical rivet repair, to ensure that the welding weight is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the welding rod must be surfacing here to offset the welding weight of the newly repaired crack at the symmetrical rivet hole. Welding in accordance with this symmetrical weight compensation method can repair cracks.

3). Simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, the method is also very simple. After supporting the impeller, turn it gently by turning it by hand, and stop to the lowest point and swing left and right where the balance is not reached. If it is too heavy, spot welding on the opposite impeller to increase the weight to balance it, or use an angle grinder to grind the weld marks of the heavier impeller to achieve balance, so that the fan can be repaired for normal operation. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, electric welding should not be used along with spot welding, leaving the weld marks on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, failing to achieve the purpose of repair and causing greater losses.
