• Introduction of Dryer:

1).Drying is important before briquetting/pelletizing process. To get the superior quality of biomass

briquettes/pellet with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly.

The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

2) .Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust,rice hull, small wood shaving, milling wheat

straw, and corn stalks and so on. Raw materials diameter: <1mm&<5mm.

• Operation Rules for dryer

1. After reading  the direction ,start the blower, and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.

2. Feed the material to the dried to the hopper.Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.

3. Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of the blower get to 100℃, begin feeding and drying.

4. Large piece of material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favorable to feeding.
