Working Principle of Pellets Cooler Screener

The pellets produced by the pellet mill enter the drum screen through the hopper. The screen on the drum separates the pellets from the dust. The formed pellets flow along the direction of drum rotation and exit through the outlet into packaging bags, while the dust is drawn into a dust collection bag through the exhaust fan duct. The airflow generated by the exhaust fan also carries away heat from the high-temperature pellets, achieving a cooling effect. Below the drum screen is an auger device, whose main function is to feed dust and residual non-formed pellets that have not entered the exhaust duct into the exhaust duct and then into the dust collection bag, achieving the cooling and screening effects.
