The whole biomass briquette production line mainly includes four needed machines: crusher, dryer, briquette making machine and carbonization furnace.
Raw material (biomass) → Wood sawdust crusher machine → dryer → sawdust briquette machine → Charcoal furnace → Charcoal briquettes
The humidity of raw materials should be less than 12%.

After the moisture is reduced below 12%, This air flow dryer is to torrefy the material with higher moisture. After the moisture is reduced below 12%, the material is ready to be pressed into pellets or briquettes. The air flow dryer is a pre-treatment facility always with a pellet mill or a briquette press. |
